    The 6 Month Program also includes the SRF Signature Online Membership Program. Once you sign up, you will get immediate access to the Private Membership Site and the SR Fit workout library, which includes our signature TBIT-15 and TBIT-15 Lite workouts. These are short, effective, custom workouts that are only 15 minutes in length from start to finish. The workout library also includes Mini Body-Intensive Workouts which will help you focus on – and tone – specific body parts – in 10 minutes or less! You will have full access to the private membership site for the 6 months that you are in the 1:1 Coaching Program with Stacey Renee.
