TBIT-15: The Workout I Created for MYSELF

After years of group fitness instruction, I finally nailed down a workout that was results-driven for ME. I truly believed that if this workout provided excellent results for me, it could do the same for anyone and it’s TRUE. It DOES! TBIT stands for Total Body Interval Training and 15 simply stands for 15 minutes…so it’s a full body workout that is completed within 15 minutes! Who doesn’t have 15 minutes a day to dedicate to their personal health and wellness? I’ll tell you who, someone who simply doesn’t want to.

What is a TBIT-15 Workout?

First of all…the TBIT-15 workout is convenient and results-driven. You can do the workouts anywhere, anytime. All you need is a laptop, a tablet or a phone and an internet connection for 24/7 access.

Based on my 30:30:60 concept, you are getting EVERYTHING you need in one 15 minute workout. Each TBIT-15 workout consists of 4 segments, which include:

  • 30 seconds of upper body strength training
  • 30 seconds of lower body strength training…both with a concentration on form AND
  • 60 seconds of high-intensity cardio intervals.

Each 15-minute workout is fast moving and can be modified to fit your personal fitness level. The workout is quick, but highly effective. It burns more calories and fat for a full 24 hours than traditional cardio workouts do. How cool is that?
