Not, eat this, sell a product to them – your genuine, you care to give advice on what you should or could be doing to change or start a workout or meal plan – encourage change in their eating habits. Touching on both their mental and physical state.

You help people believe in themselves!  No joke – you have the Mary Poppins approach…”A spoon full of sugar…” or the Mr. Rogers approach – everything is good, don’t worry! You really make anyone feel good about themselves whether they are 300 pounds or 3 lbs overweight, encouraging them to keep going and be the best them they can be.

You are compassionate, motivating, supporting and true role model of someone who puts in the work and it shows.
