Happy March! I hope your month is off to an amazing start. I can’t believe we are into the third month of the year already! As they say, “time flies when you’re having fun”…and at SR Fit we are having a ton of fun!

OUR TOPIC FOR THIS MONTH: NATURAL PROCESS TO WEIGHT LOSS

Whether you are looking to lose 5 lbs or 50 lbs, at SR Fit we encourage members to go all natural. Every day a new method to lose weight pops up. While there are so many different studies, experts still agree that losing weight naturally is the best remedy in order to keep it off.

At SR Fit, we agree. Through our membership, we guide you and keep you accountable for making healthy changes in your eating habits that ultimately result in weight loss. The journey however starts with YOU and your “want” or “desire” to lose weight. Do you really understand your body? If you are conscious of what foods you’re putting in your body and how you feel in general and or during exercise, you are on the right path.

There are a lot of people who take weight loss pills or medication which is not good for your system and may have multiple side effects. While they may be a quick fix, they can really carry a lot of negative impact on your body as you start to age. As a start to losing weight, it’s always good to consult with your doctor beforehand but from there, we can assist!

At SR Fit, in addition to following these general rules

  • Eat a healthy diet
  • Exercise 3-5 x a week
  • Drink LOTS of water (3-5 bottles of water a day)

We provide you daily tips and tricks for weight loss and at least one 7-day weight loss challenge or plan per month in an effort to mix up your routine and the variety of foods you consume. Water plays an important role in keeping you fit and healthy. How many times have you heard that? A million I am sure, but… do you do your drink water every day? What if I told you water flushed out fat? YES! It does.

At SR Fit, we recognize that everyone’s weight loss goals are different. Losing a quick 5 lbs for someone who already eats healthy and is extremely active can be challenging but adding variety and mixing it up with your workouts will make it easier. Someone who has 20-50 lbs to lose, may struggle with the physical aspect of losing weight, but there may also be a negative “psychological” component as well. In order to be successful with your weight loss goals, you must remove the negativity regarding your excessive weight and decide to living a healthy lifestyle…everyday. It’s not about “dieting” to lose the weight…it’s about developing healthy habits that you incorporate into your everyday life so that once you lose the weight, you’re living a lifestyle that maintains those results long-term. Once you decide that you WANT to lose weight and have compelling reasons to do it, that make you stick to the plan, the weight will come off in no time.

Losing weight is not difficult, it is an easy method.

  • Be conscious of what you’re eating.
  • Know your daily calorie count. Track your calorie intake and keep a journal.
  • Drink 3-5 bottles of water per day…everyday.
  • Be Active -Daily
