MONDAY: STEP & STRENGTH
A lightly choreographed workout routine utilizing a step bench. We do an arrangement of moves incorporated into “blocks” and a rotation of step exercise and strength training to target the upper and lower body finishing up with abs and stretching.

TUESDAY: TABATA MIX
A full-body workout –a mix of cardio and strength combinations utilizing your own body weight as well as free weights and other equipment such as booty and resistance bands. A mix of 2 exercises for each combo that target upper body/lower body and abdominals following the TABATA training method -20 seconds on, 10 seconds of rest-for a total of 4 minutes-for each combo.

WEDNESDAY: DRUM FIT & BOLLYWOOD JAM
Drum Fit is perfect for those that love to ROCK! It’s a fun-filled total body workout that takes you thru multiple song sets using drumsticks to rock out with. Bollywood JAM is a medium-impact, fun, energetic cardio fusion dance based on Bollywood and Indian folk dancing. It's filled with rhythmic movement and upbeat sounds from different parts of India. Both classes are for all fitness levels! As a start, we are going to combine both classes so that participants can try both styles in one workout sessions to learn the moves, improve form and increase their intensity with each workout.

THURSDAY: STRENGTH TRAIN & TONE
This class is a full-body strength class with short cardio intervals. We will be using free weights-pushing ourselves to use heavier weight to complete 3 sets of each exercise- targeted upper and lower body exercises to include core and finish with stretching.

A full-body cardio/toning and strength class utilizing your own body weight as well as free weights. This class has targeted upper body/lower body and abdominal exercises with cardio intervals following each exercise- finishing with a cool down and stretching.

SATURDAY: CORE & MORE
This online class is a variety of concentrated exercises that focus on core and extensive stretching. Every Saturday we offer a rotation of different workouts -Yoga, Pilates & Barre with different instructors. Certified Yoga, Pilates & Barre Instructor Karla Rinard leads us every other Saturday. Yoga and Pilates are the perfect blend of poses which focus on strength and flexibility to build core strength. They are a benefit to both the body and soul. Barre is a yoga and pilates infused workout with ballet type fluid movement to tone and sculpt.

OTHER SRF WORKOUTS OFFERED:
Body Bar: Utilizing a weighted bar throughout the entire workout. A variety of exercises targeting specific muscles for a total body workout. The bar provides a component to the workout that you do not get with traditional dumbbells.
BodyWorks & Abs: A full-body toning/strength class utilizing your own body weight as well as free weights. This class is a continuous flow of targeted upper body/lower body exercises finishing with abs and stretching.
Cardio Kickboxing: Kick up your fitness routine with a high-energy, cardio-focused kickboxing class! This is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques (jabs, knees, uppercuts, kicks) with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and advanced athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Stability Ball-Using a Stability/Exercise Ball: this class is focused on movements for upper and lower body and core. These slow, more isometric exercise movements will help you gain flexibility, improve balance and tone.
Power Ball: Using a stability/exercise ball, this class is broken up into segments, fun-filled cardio with the ball and specific upper/lower body exercises to tone, strengthen and stretch.
Boot Camp Conditioning: This workout is a full body toning/cardio and strength class utilizing your own body weight as well as free weights, jump ropes, bands, balls etc. The class provides a variety of exercises to target upper body/lower body, abdominals and includes cardio intervals such as jacks, jumps, and burpees which can be modified for any fitness level. The workout is followed by a cool down and stretch.
